7/52: Jacques

 

Jacques Francois. He ties with Ily for best name, or perhaps they're both in the running along with my husband Manley. My, but I know some folks with some fabulous names! Anyway, Jacques is the GREATEST. Everyone who meets him falls instantly in love with him, and they will all tell you that, too. He lives in New Orleans, but his family owns the bakery where I used to work, so he spends one or two months out of the year here in Nashville. And when that happens, we celebrate! Jacques blesses everyone he meets with his exuberant personality, his immeasurable amount of music knowledge, and his magnificent laugh. (Also, he's a brilliant artist and I'm trying to get him to start a blog so he can share his drawings with the world!)
